2014 Littorai Pinot Noir Hirsch Vineyard - USA, California, Sonoma County, Sonoma Coast (12/19/2017)
Pop and pour, though should have given it some air. It started out quite light, with cranberry and strawberry fruit, but deepened over time. It always remained fairly light, but gained a lot of herbal and earthy complexity. The structure is 90% acidity, with subtle tannins. I would give this 2-3 years before opening another bottle.
