2009 François Raveneau Chablis Grand Cru Blanchot - France, Burgundy, Chablis, Chablis Grand Cru (11/24/2017)Elegance and class marked this wine. It started out quite light, but blossomed on the mid-palate and finish, where it showed excellent depth. Pure, bright citrus and saline notes dominated the wine, which needs several more years to reach a remotely mature state. Would be delicious as an aperitif or with lightly sauced fish dish.
