Claude and Florence Thomas Labaille, Chavignol. White wine, Sauvignon Blanc. Labeled as 12.5% abv. Pale color with slight greenish tinge. I liked this from the first sip . Nose and palate hint of grapefruits and grass or celery. The finish is drawn out with plenty of acid and minerals (limestone?) Crisp and refreshing. Scumptious! Note copied from my CellarTracker note.

I've liked Thomas Labaille wines in the past. I don't think any ever set my feet on fire, but it seems to be a very reliable house.
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov

I often enjoy them when I drink them. As I do Cotat.
But I just can't seem myself to actually buy them, when there is so much else.
