WTN: 2015 Prüm

Joh. Jos. Prüm 2015 Mosel Riesling Kabinett, Graacher Himmelreich.

Green-edged but also ripe nectarine, lemon peel, and a long mouthful of chalk dust that cuts through the moderate sweetness. This has excellent energy and length, and good concentration relative to its modest weight. Delicious. Glad I was able to get several of these.
