A wee BloodyPulpit:
1. Adam has changed his style of winemaking of whites over the last few yrs; picking early, higher acidity. Some, expecially the Rieslings, can be a bit painful to drink and have a screechingly high acidity. This Chard was not one of those. It was just a bright/energytic Chard that really needs age.
