2014 Wind Gap Wines Syrah Armagh Vineyard - USA, California, Sonoma County, Sonoma Coast (3/30/2017)This is serious Syrah, with red meat, tar and black fruit aromas and flavors. It has excellent depth, and a solid tannic backbone, so aging looks to be no issue, and should be richly rewarded. Armagh has been the richest/deepest of the Wid Gap Syrahs in most years, and seems to be so again. Impressive stuff.
