I need to give up business travel to lose weight.

Of course that would mean I would have to give up my job. Then I would have no money for wine or food.

I suppose I would then lose weight.

I need to retire so I can spend more time bicycling and have less access to the junk food machine. Plus, stress hormones add to weight control issues (along with the inevitable emotional eating).

It is not really the wine per se. It's the sugar addiction. Should sugar be Schedule One?
