2011 Laurel Glen Cabernet Sauvignon

My friends were cooking amazing short ribs, and I almost brought a Rhone wine instead, but this cabernet, reflecting the cold vintage, was laser sharp without being "green" and was delicious in a lean way that cut right through the richness of the red pepper sauce! I love these wines!
