WTN: "No goat"

2013 Donkey and Goat Carignane Testa Vineyard Mendocino
My husband is a Texan and shares Dan Rather's penchant for funny little names for things. He calls deodorant "No goat". And since this wine had no off odors and actually has Goat in the name...uh, I guess it's not that interesting. So, the wine: pretty nose, but on the palate too much acid (and I love acid) made it more work than pleasure, even with food. Tasted over four days with no change.

That's too bad. Other folks are making a much more pleasurable wine from that same source.

I bought it the local Food Coop where every wine is hand-chosen by a steward whose palate I trust. Am always surprised when I dislike anything I buy there. But reactions on CT are pretty much down the line with mine--from those who give points, low 80's.
