NV Osborne Jerez-Xérès-Sherry Capuchino 30 Year Old Palo Cortado VORS - Spain, Andalucía, Jerez-Xérès-Sherry (1/15/2017)Intense and complex, with way more aromas and flavors than i can list. Salted caramel, coffee, nuts, butter, spice, etc., etc., etc..
Fascinating stuff. Not much else to say.
