2010 Moussé Fils Champagne Terre d'illite Blanc de Noirs - France, Champagne (1/14/2017)
Flat out delicious Champagne, with excellent palate depth, pretty citrus and red fruit notes and a long, rich finish. It has lots of stuffing, so age would likely be a benefit, but it is so good now!

I figured mousse might stand in for mouse but I'm still not familiar with mouse and squirrel.

Rocky & Bulwinkle folks. Remember, Boris Badinov and Natasha were always trying to get Moose & Squirrel.

Sigh...

So David, shall we call you Fearless Leader (or maybe Learless Feeder; I assume you don't have a private jet)?

Back when I did software engineering for DEC, we did some work with an outfit in Moscow. They sent two engineers to work with us, and their names were Boris and Natasha. Really. I had trouble keeping a straight face the week they were in New Hampshire.

Well I work in Quality and Ethics, so I have a different nickname from that show. Back in 2010 we had a Boris and Natasha on our team, and it resulted in everyone on the team getting a nickname from the show.

You are correct that I am Learless. :(
