WTN: Donkey&Goat Chard BrosseauVnyd '08...(short/boring)

Stumbled across this in my stash last night:
1. Donkey&Goat Chard BrosseauVnyd/Chalone (U; 13.2%; www.DonkeyAndGoat.com) Berkeley 2008: Deep golden color; rather nutty/toasted hazelnuts light smokey/charred/oak some melony/celery seed/Chard/earthy bit honeyed quite complex old Chard nose; rather tart/tangy nutty/toasted hazelnuts/oldChard bit melony/honeyed light ripe/melony/celery seed light smokey/Fr.oak rather complex flavor; very long oldChard/nutty/toasted hazelnuts light charred/oak some melony/Chard/celery seed fairly tart/rich very complex finish; showing some maturity but a very interesting/complex Chard that's a real pleasure to drink.

1. I believe this is the wine they harvest some grapes very early, put to press, and then preserve the juice to add to the remaining grapes when they arrive in order to boost the acidity. The wine had plenty of acid but a richness & texture to it. Good drinking.
