Cracked this open last night:
1. RidgeVnyds Geyserville Calif/SonomaCnty (64% Zin/18% PS/18% Carignan; 13.9%; bttld Feb 92; Drk: 1/92-1/98-1/99: PD) 1990: Med.color w/ some bricking; rather cedary/pencilly/oldZin rather tired light earthy/dusty/OV some smokey/vanilla/Am.oak feeble raspberry/Zin nose; soft rather tangy/metallic/dried out/tired some pencilly/cedary/oldZin slight raspberry/Zin bit dusty/OV light vanilla/Am.oak flavor w/ light gentle tannins; med.long vanilla/Am.oak rather tired/dried out/cedary/oldZin very light vaguely raspberry/Zin finish w/ light smooth tannins; the tannins are fully resolved but little fruit left and rather tired; clinging for dear life but not much fun here.
