Opened the NV Gallimard Brut " Cuvee de Reserve" with king crab for a much delayed anniversary dinner. VERY full of tiny bubbles and lots of toast and pear flavors, I think this wine is WAY too young and needs about 15 years more time. Lots of good acidity and the standard %12.00 abv with medium-deep straw color.
