In a ceremony to celebrate 225 years since the winery's founder was granted the land in 1791, Nederburg winery in Paarl have planted a new vineyard on land previously growing Cabernet Sauvignon.
And they planted
Chambourcin!
They will also be planting Vidal blanc and Seyval blanc to evaluate them.
