Simon, some of these bottles I have not tasted, but knowing what I do about the rest I would suggest drinking over the next ten years. None of them
need aging, but wines like Arienzo are on the woody side and benefit from time to smooth out.
So, if you've got a cellar and want to age them, go for it. If you don't have proper conditions, drink 'em over the next 6 months (starting with the Azpilicueta and Alcorta).
