2014 Dauvissat-Camus Chablis 1er Cru La Forest - France, Burgundy, Chablis, Chablis 1er Cru (12/2/2016)I know I should not drink these so early, but what a wine! Apple and peach fruit overlays a rock solid base. The aromatics are vivid, and persistent, 4 hours after I opened the bottle they are just as explosive as on first sip. I may have to sacrifice my bottles of this wine to let the Clos sleep, as I am sure those wines need it even more.

The Forets 2002 needs drinking now, so you can wait on them a bit.

Envy! Dauvissat Chablis is one of my favorite things in the world.
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov
