WTN: Supreme Cortese

This one was buried in the cellar for a couple of years, and time was good to it. It has developed a roundness, but retained a bright back end acidity. There's a distinct orange peel snap on the finish. Spice, salt and light pineapple fruit tones complete the picture in the best skin contact white I have had from California.
