I haven't subscribed to WA in 15 years, but usually with a high score it's easy to find just by checking retailers that carry it.
If you search Turnbull Estate CS there are dozens of stores carrying this that list either the WE score or Suckling's 93
JS 93 James Suckling - "Love the aromas of crush blackberries, black currants and black tobacco. Full body, integrated and rich tannins, and a flavorful finish. Rich yet tensioned. Better in 2018 but so delicious now."
There's a separate listing for the Turnbull Oakville that gets 95. If ratings matter let's hope this is one you have.
95 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
Turnbull's 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Oakville, their least expensive wine in the portfolio is the most forward and precocious of the cuvées and shows what great winemaking and vineyard sources the Turnbulls are dealing with. The color is opaque purple, the wine shows slightly less tannins than its counterparts, with gorgeously intense blueberry and blackberry fruit, cedar wood, forest floor and spice box. It's full-bodied, opulent, rich and, while still young with a good 10 years of upside, this wine will still be drinking great 20 years from now. (RP) (12/2015)
