Charles Banks (former Screagle owner) indicted for fraud

Previously Tim Duncan had sued him.
I worried that when he bought Mayacamas that they'd try to change towards culty style, but assumed at least financially stable.
Plus I have liked recent Wind Gap and Qupe wines.
We'll see how this turns out

Lesson for Tim: Don't put all twenty million dollars in one basket (or net.) Unfortunate, if he was defrauded of that sum.
