I had a glass of this red wine at The Chop House near the Charleston, WV Embassy Suites where I stayed overnight on Aug. 10th. I was having lamb rib chops from Australia and thought the Rhone might go well with the lamb. It was dark purple-red wth spice and dark fruit on the nose. It was well-made and enjoyable. According to a note on CellarTracker, it is composed entirely of Syrah. It also received a slightly higher points rating on CellarTracker than other vintages from 2010-2014 (the 2015 was scored higher but with only four postings to date.)

I've always liked this wine in, past vintages, JC. Thanks for the good tasting note!
