A wee BloodyPulpit:
1. Adam doesn't seem to get the recognition for the Syrahs he makes. They seem to really hit their stride around the 8-12 yr mark. They may not be the most profound Syrahs, but they're always very well-made and make for great drinking. They typically show that signature Siduri oak you also find in his Pinots.
Even though he's never been exhiled to the Monktown Woodshed, I was thinking for next yr's Woodshed Rhones, the Novy Syrahs might be a good choice to take a break from the Qupe/EdStJ paradigm.
