Shared this dinner wine ystrday w/ John:
1. Harrington Terrane Nebbiolo PasoRobles (LunaMatta + Berardo vnyds; 14.1%; No sulfites added) SanFrancisco 2013: Med.light garnet color; quite fragrant lilacs/floral/violets/Nebb very slight pungent/tarry slight earthy/dusty quite attractive Nebb nose; rather tart/lean fairly floral/violets/Nebb slight toasty/oak bit pungent flavor w/ light bitey/angular tannins; lonf mostly floral/violets/Nebb light toasty/oak slight pungent finish w/ light firm tannins; a rather lean/nervous rendition of Nebb w/ no Paso character I can find; reminds mostly of a Gattinara; quite a nice Calif Nebb. $30.00

A wee BloodyPulpit:
1. Terrane is the label that BryanHarrington uses for his no-sulfites added wines. As an alternative preservative, he uses a Swiss-developed pro-biotic product. Details can be found at:
