I had a glass from Coravin at Buca's Roadhouse in Harwich on Cape Cod back in mid-May (with wild boar ragout over tagliatelle.) This showed delicate texture (silky or velvety), a deep cherry essence and was light on its feet. The slight tartness only enhanced the overall experience of the wine. It had a medium-length finish and was vibrant and seemed ready-to-go despite its youth. Will it shut down or stay open? I just ordered a bottle from MacArthur Beverages/Bassin's to be shipped in October and it apparently has gone down in price from the original offering. I really liked it at the restaurant so bully for me! (MacArthur's wasn't the cheapest price on wine-seeker.com but I have done business with them before and may be able to pick it up in person saving on shipping.)

Sounds good. It may not be the most geek friendly wine, but I like Tig.
