Thought this might grab your attention..... Sous les cailloux des grillons!

TN: 2008 Gravillas Sous Les Cailloux des Grillons Vin de Pays des Cotes de Brian, Languedoc.

Cellared 4 yrs, blend of 7 different grape varieties (Syrah, Carignan, Cab Sauv, Mourvedre, Counoise, Grenache Noir, Terret Gris). No oak, decanted for one hour, 13% alc.
Still a very good depth of color, lite bricking on the rim. Some warmth on the nose, herbal, cherry and blackberry. Quite savoury really.
Initial entry thought was opened tad early maybe, still some tannins, no ripe fruit apparent. Rustic, pepper, herbal tones but did show hints of ripeness on day 2. Big dense wine here, black fruits and fair acidity. Big grip on the finish, have the `10 for when I am 80 yrs old!!
