2012 Donkey and Goat "Helluva" Pinot Noir

Anderson Valley. Under screwcap.

A very interesting take on Pinot from Jarred and Tracy. Joe found a lack of Pinosity, but to me the Anderson Valley "pomegranate:" was definitely there in all its savory glory. Savoriness...in a good way...was a dominant note here. High toned, floral, pomegranate Anderson Valley fruit. As is true with all D&G wines, definitely some acid kick. I found it delicious, but your mileage may vary.
