2013 Weingut Willi Bründlmayer Riesling Alte Reben Zöbinger Heiligenstein - Austria, Niederösterreich, Kamptal (5/21/2016)Crunchy and spicy, this is monumental in its breadth and depth. I first tasted this wine a year ago, and was blown away. Now a year later, with the chance to follow the wine over the course of an evening I am just as impressed. The depth is key, as it bodes well for a long evolution.

I rarely venture outside the Wachau, but when I do, it is most often Bründlmayer I seek, especially this bottling.
