2011 Sueno Profundo Napa Cabernet Sauvignon, abv of 14% and the best bottle yet of a case. Very nice plum and slight cassis flavors with abundant herbal notes. Quite smooth tannins with 2 hrs. of decant time. Just a tiny green note that accentuated the herbalness. Great balance so I would think at least 8-10 years of further development.
