With flounder, green beans, squash, and barley I started with 2011 Maynes (Guillot) Macon-Villages. This is sweet, short, and premoxed. C

Luckily I had another white chilled. The 2014 Collestefano Verdicchio di Matelica was delicious- stony/mineral notes, citrus, pit fruits. Easy drinking, does well with the food. Fine value, B+/B

Lobster was on sale at Stew Leonards, Betsy got a trio and made our favorite lobster/corn/tomato salad. Wine was the 2011 Niellon Chassagne-Montrachet. Fair amount of oak (but with lobster I can take that), pear and apple fruit, just a hint of hazelnut. Fairly weighty, balanced acids. But really should let the oak integrate more. For now, B

Grade disclaimer: I'm a very easy grader, basically A is an excellent wine, B a good wine, C drinkable. Anything below C means I wouldn't drink at a party where it was only choice.Furthermore, I offer no promises of objectivity, accuracy, and certainly not of consistency.
