Henry Lagarde Malbec (Mendoza) 2013

This was an odd bird. Not the standard "sweet" goopy Argentine Malbec (I know there are exceptions, but...) Instead, this was medium bodied, "high toned", almost verging on "medicinal". Not herbal in a more familiar sense. Not sure how I felt about this one. It was interesting, to say the least.
