A wee BloodyPulpit:
1. IMT: The name comes from idea that if you have a monkey sitting at the keyboard typing away for an infinite amount of time, he will eventually type out one of WilliamShakespeare's works. If you think wine geeks are nut-cases...you should read what the mathematicians have to say about the IMT:
InfiniteMonkeyTheorem
IMT is a wnry that started up in Denver. They now have an outpost down in Austin. They make their wines mostly from Colorado grapes, but purchase grapes from elsewhere as well. This wine is a Syrah/PetiteSyrah blend from GrandVlly/CO. Because CO has a strict law for labeling a wine as CO (95%??) grown, and this wine was supplemented w/ non-CO grapes (Deming?), it is labeled as AmericanWine.
