2002 Louis Jadot Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru La Dominode - France, Burgundy, Côte de Beaune, Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru (3/14/2016)My last bottle of this, so no chance to see how it evolves with more time, but all signs are positive. There is still quite a bit of red fruit, as well as earthy notes with warm herbs and a bit of clove spice. Tannins are still a bit drying on the back end, but overall starting to drink very well.
But you've gotta go Domino(de)
