This wine is a second bottling of DuMol for restaurants and private clubs, so the label states. At 13.9% abv , it has more depth than expected with lots of spicey pear but also lots of minerality, the 2 elements seeming to vie back and forth for dominance. The balance seems so perfect that I would suspect that this wine might age well until 2022. This bottling makes me want to try a regular DuMol Chardonnay. This wine could easily pass for a very nice white Burgundy
