WTN: '01 Zilliken Saarburger Rausch Riesling Kabinett

From a 375 ml, so your mileage may vary.

Lime zest, wet stones and a solid dose of moist hay and diesel. Ever so slightly creamy on the palate, indicating that this bottle is sliding into early maturity. Long, mineral and lime finish with great verve and cut. Very kabinett in its refreshment value and just plain tasty to drink.

2001 wasn't so bad in the Saar.
