NV Egly-Ouriet Champagne Brut Tradition Grand Cru - France, Champagne, Ambonnay, Champagne (2/13/2016)November 2013 disgorgement, and just loads of fun to drink. It's still a bit grapey, but the freshness was compelling, and with some air it became more mineral and delineated on the palate. It had good weight in the mid-palate, and a very long finish. Overall it was a pleasure to drink, and a great partner to our homemade gougeres.
