The Spec's article about Premier Cru

Offers a few more details about the current state of things.

Btw, though I got my wine out in October before the roof fell in, I'm apparently still shown as someone owed wine and I'm getting all kinds of fun legal stuff in the mail.

I'm also listed as a creditor, and have gotten I think 5 notices. One makes sense (to alert people who might not be aware), maybe a followup, but for someone like me who didn't respond it's crazy to spend that money on notices about every meeting, conference, etc

I am listed as being owed $35. I haven't had a PA wine owed in 5+ years (last PA order in '07) and all my instock was picked up. I'm pretty sure that's the charge to my cc for sales tax when I had my stepson pickup. In their system, but no "delivery" associated. Jenise, I know you had someone pickup as well, would your figure equal sales tax? I'm not actually owed anything (though bet the sales tax was never paid to state, BOE -like the IRS- is listed as creditor)

I think the chance of anyone getting even pennies from BK court is remote. Hopefully anyone here has luck with cc company.

Correct. My brother picked up for me. We were told in advance he'd have to pay the tax and I have presumed he did, and that I owe him that amount next time I see him. Maybe it didn't work out like that on the spot, though. I know I wasn't charged for it on my credit card--the number they'd have used for the initial purchase changed since.

Since last posting on this thread I've received 2 or 3 more mailings.
At $5K per mailing plus $25K for security, insurance etc what little is left is getting eaten up fast. Willing to bet 20:1 nothing left after legal and trustee fees and secured/priority creditors for unsecured creditors.

So it sounds like some people will get something.

http://www.berkeleyside.com/2016/06/23/ ... t-refunds/

but a drop in the bucket. Some people are having success with CC companies. I'm curious if CC companies will get the fractional payment for those they've reimbursed (I assume so).

I still get mailings at least once or twice a month, what a waste

I'm still getting them too. Disgusting to think that the people actually affected (unlike me and you) got robbed by PC and are now getting robbed by the lawyers.
