WTN: nice Champagne

NV Philippe Fourrier Carte D'Or is 100% Pinot Noir with a medium straw color and nose of pear fruit. Flavor was also of pear fruit but with a touch of strawberry. Great depth of fruit and a hint of sweetness but maybe just from all that fruit. abv of 12% there is a code on the bottle, so may report back more details after an e-mail to the producers. tastes mature or beyond to me which would be a good thing great acidity and froth but not tart
