A pleasant discovery down a dead end road I randomly turned down yesterday on my bicycle. Their Yountville Pinot Grigio had some things going on. Definitely not sweet simple bland Kool-Aid. The Bordeauxish blend was also nice, with lower alcohol, lean character but still some lovely fruit. The highlight was a Napa Valley Aglianico from a half mile down the lane. Big tannins, nice black cherry fruit, a savory note of earth and tomato leaf which was quite lovely!
