2007 Taittinger Champagne Brut Millésimé - France, Champagne (1/29/2016)
By the glass pour on Singapore Airlines (business), and a very refreshing and enjoyable drink. Lots of apple and citrus fruit, good acidity and not too much sweetness to be overbearing. It was a very good food wine.

That's pretty nice airplane juice.

Speaking of which, on my last Alaska Airlines flight I was in First, but the wine was so bad (overoaked, gobby, sweet Washington wine) I had to ask for a glass of the red from coach. Vast improvement. The stewardess said I wasn't the first customer to make that change.
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov
