Oregon grapes. 14.7% abv. Screwcap closure. Purple color; opaque. Very spicy and earthy. Dark fruits on the palate with a lengthy finish. Big and bold this paired well with a beef, onion, bell peppers stir fry and another day with ground beef-stuffed cabbage. I haven't been purchasing Loring Wine Company wines lately but do have some older vintages to work through. I didn't like this as much as the majority of the posters on CellarTracker did.
