2002 Bollinger Champagne Grande Année Rosé - France, Champagne (1/9/2016)This was a wow bottle for both me and Laura. The explosion of strawberry fruit when I opened the bottle was captivating, and the fruit persisted through the entire bottle, along with a combination of richness and precision. There is a lot of extract/depth to this wine, and I would believe it can age a while longer, but it is stunning to drink now, so why wait!

It's an amazing wine Jane. It's not cheap, but it's worth the extravagance.
