Denise, I would turn that around and suggest that drinking wine in moderation (one or two glasses) with dinner is the most healthy approach.

Yep. Drink with the meal rather than as a cocktail thus needing snacks.

Granted I fail at this too often, but it's the best advice.

Denise, raw vegetables. There's certainly nothing that comes in a package that meets your criteria. Maybe turkey jerky...but honestly, wine or no, when you take calories and carbs off the table not much is left except lean proteins.
