NV Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) Champagne Rosé - France, Champagne (12/31/2015)NYE dinner with lobsters and this fit the bill quite nicely. Not an exuberant, fruity rosé, but a more austere, understated wine that relied on elegance. A bit of toastiness added some complexity, and went well with the buttery lobster.
