WTN: The Pairing

The Paring 2011, said to be a "red wine" from Cal. and who knows where? but evidently a consolidated effort from a few winemakers. In any event this wine is FULL of Bordeaux varietal-type smells and flavors with some dusty cab. notes and some herbal-ness maybe from some Merlot. Who knows? My first of 4 bottles and very glad to have more. Will try to wait a couple of years to see some further development. Interesting!
