This note is especially for Tom Hill. I just tonight opened the 2014 Cantina Mori Colli Zugna Gewurztraminer "Pendici'. My disclaimer here is that both me and my wife are either coming out of or going into a head cold. Pale straw in color with little nose
(ha ha) and not much fruit on the palate but some non-spicey pear and good acidity. Glad this was my only bottle as the Terlan and Abbazia from Alto Adige and wines from Alsace like Zinck, Mann, etc. are much more typical and enjoyable. I'll keep looking for more N. Italian Gew. but not this one.

Thanks for taking one for the team, Jim. Sounds like this producer is nobody to get excited about.
