2000 Clos des Papes Châteauneuf-du-Pape - France, Rhône, Southern Rhône, Châteauneuf-du-Pape (12/8/2015)Drink this now. Clean, clear, still showing red fruit but also leather and herb elements that make for a fabulous drink. It's a perfect time to drink this wine.

I recently had the 1995 Clos des Papes from a half bottle, and it was drinking very nicely, too.
