Non-wine chat faces cherry note in wine

Everyone was very polite and welcoming to her, but she just wasn't interested in hearing that there wasn't a one sentence answer to her question. We referred her here to ask her question and get a more definitive answer/understanding, but I haven't seen her pop up and ask.

It almost felt like she had told people she'd get the answer by dinnertime....


And it wasn't a strictly non-wine chat, Randy... several of us mentioned wine several times. I think I recall that anyway.

I gave the example that a certain poison is said to have a characteristic almond smell, but it isn't made from almonds AFAIK.

Just the opposite, in fact. Bitter almonds smell that way because they contain cyanide.
