2005 Jacquart Champagne;yeasty-little bisquit flavors, very young 12% abv (my bottle)

NV Remy G C Brut: very fine bead, pale color, little fruit, also very young, 12% abv

2011 Jean Geiler Kaefterkopf: Alsace, viscous, full bodied , tastes like P.G. but not listed, lots of pear fruit, very good but needs a touch more acid

2003 ch. Marsau: Bordeaux, prunes with tannins on finish, simple. I'll pass

2013 Mercer Canyon : red blend, Wash. State, very quaffable, maybe syrah/zin blend? cows on label 13.9% abv

2011 Quelcida Creek CVR: excellent red but very young, smooth tannins, cherry fruit, muted nose

2005 Whitehall Lane Cabernet Reserve: tannins resolved, plum fruit, great acidity but young, maybe forever young(glass stopper)
(my bottle)

2008 Gevrey Chambertin Philippe Leclerc: sweet/sour cherries, not a lot of fruit, a bit astringent, not pleasant

2000 CnDP Boursan: sweet fruit, smooth tannins

2001 CnDP Pegau Res: same as above but more spice (my bottle)

1986 Sociando Mallet: very good with lots of fruit and very fine acidity, lots of life ahead here

1986 Gruaud Larose: same as above, other bottles seemed more complex previously (my bottle)

2005 Eagles Trace Cabernet: lots of black fruit with good acidity (my bottle)

2001 Ch. Lamothe Guignard: great sauternes with great acidity and tons of spicey pear fruit

2011 Rombauer Cabernet: lots of big fruit but lots of astringency also, wait 10 years

during a very late nite Karioke I was said to have shared a bottle of Chloe Chardonnay but no notes however!!
great food and wine shared with wonderful friends

Cows on label?

They must be grown on bo vines.
