2009 Weingut Josef Leitz Rüdesheimer Berg Roseneck Riesling Spätlese - Germany, Rheingau (11/14/2015)A voluptuous Riesling that is really more a stunning auslese than it is a Spätlese. Peach, honey, spice and vanilla just flood out of the glass. The palate is very rich, though it also has sufficient acidity to remain lively rather than heavy. In the end it's just a big glass of deliciousness.
