Served blind as part of a Spanish tasting and paella dinner, this was wine of the night. Red fruit, elegant structure, bright acidity that showcased the delicacy of the wine and a lovely rose petal note that completed the picture, made this the most interesting and most delicious wine of the evening. It evolved nicely over the two hours it was open. Lovely stuff.
